Due to over a million people a year now reading FLAAR reviews, all contact is via e-mail. All e-mails are read. We respond with the most appropriate Reports or response. Although you receive an auto-response when you send the form, a real human being subsequently reads your e-mail and selects which report or response is most appropriate. If you wish to speak with Dr Hellmuth in person, best way is to sign up for a course,workshop, or hire his services as a consultant. For professional consulting services we provide a fax # to submit an inquiry (see FLAAR page on consulting).
In general, other than consulting, all contact is through the Info Request and Survey Form. In return for your filling this out, we send up to 6 reports (if there are themes in our free reports that are pertinent to your request). We reply within 48 hours unless it is vacation period (Easter Week or Christmas). About 1% of e-mails get lost in cyberspace. So, if you do not get a response, please send again. We respond to every e-mail, even if only to indicate that your question is outside our area of coverage (such as where to get repairs, where to get old software drivers, where to have things printed, where to sell your used equipment).
